Shipping + Handling

All orders are shipped First Class free over $50 with estimated delivery time between 3-5 days. We also offer USPS Priority and FedEx Overnight. At this time, we ship only to the US and Canada. For International Orders, please email your request to info@oliebiologique.com. Expedited shipping is based on destination and weight. Please contact us if you desire faster shipping.

Once a shipment is released to carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during carriage, please notify us. All packages are subject to the USPS terms and conditions. Please check www.USPS.com for additional information on shipping, including special schedules due to holidays.

We process orders Monday through Friday (10:00AM - 2:00PM EST) in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment within 2 business days and allow up to 5 business days to arrive. Holiday volumes and our regular mid-August Summer Break may add three business days.
