All Olie Biologique sales are final. We are not able to accept returns on Final sale items or make refunds at this time. All opened products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please email us with questions via email at hello@oliebiologique.com. If your product was damaged in transit or you experienced skin sensitivities as a result of our product, please attach pictures in the email for our review.

Olìe Biologique is not responsible for any products lost in the mail. There are no exceptions to this policy.
