Aug, 133 Skin Saving Smoothies
If you’re looking to hydrate, detox, depuff and glow, then juicing may be for you. For a youthful, radiant appearance, keeping the skin’s cells hydrated is key. Olìe organic oils will espouse to do our part from the outside, but building strong cells truly starts from the inside.
While we always aim to get plenty of organic fruits and vegetables in our day, sometimes even striving for 5 feels tedious. Why not save time and our skin in the process? Whether you have the VitaMix or NutriBullet, we have 3 favorite recipes to jubilate your juicing!
Note: We recommend blending your fruits with coconut water. Filtered water or a nut milk is absolutely fine but coconut water helps to fight skin damaging free radicals, and contains electrolytes, potassium and helps hydrate… so why not? Feel free to add your favorite protein powder and/or oatmeal to any of these, or sip as is.
